Until further notice—your Shipping Address MUST match your Billing Address to process a credit card payment.
Due to an increasing number of fraudulent transactions and credit card charge-backs, we have had to tighten the security of all online credit card payments. You may be allowed to change your Shipping Address once payment has been completed — however, please be advised that we reserve the right to deny this change of address or request a photo ID to confirm the cardholder's identity.
Most orders will be processed for shipping within 3–5 Business Days after payment is made, excluding Custom Orders. Pre-Orders will be shipped per the ETA found on the product pre-order page.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or any other mail carrier once your order leaves our shop. All shipping times are estimations, and actual transit time may be longer.
International Customers — All packages will ship according to U.S. and International laws. Any Duty or Customs fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. We apologize in advance.
If your package arrives damaged or suspect for any reason, REFUSE the package and RETURN TO SENDER. Please contact us immediately with email@example.com and let us know that you are returning a damaged package to us.
Opening a damaged or suspect package removes any claim options available to us with the shipping carrier and by doing so — you accept the package and its contents "as is."
Charges on your credit card will show as coming from Smart Smokes, LLC.
Returns and Exchanges
Products that are clean and completely unused may be exchanged for your choice of a full refund or store credit, excluding Heat Presses. We NEVER accept used heaters, nails, or other accessories under ANY circumstances, without exception. If you are interested in a return or refund, contact customer service for details. Do NOT mail us anything without contacting us first! Anything that arrives in our shop dirty or with any kind of residue will be immediately destroyed without refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee equal to 5% of the price of the item(s) returned.
In the unlikely event that a heater or nail arrives defective or fails within the first 90 days, please contact customer service for support.
