There is NO WARRANTY on any item that malfunctions due to use with 3rd party equipment/accessories/control stations not sold on www.d-nail.com — If you have questions about compatibility between a item and a 3rd party item you already own, you must Contact Us BEFORE making your purchase.


Digital Vaporizers

All Digital vaporizers with model numbers 1.12, 1.1, and 1.0 are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Digital vaporizers with model number 1.2 or 2.0 purchased through our web store with NO heater or nail included are covered by our 2-Year Warranty. Digital vaporizers with model number 1.2 or 2.0 with heater and nail included may be purchased with either our 2-Year Warranty OR Lifetime Warranty.

If you are not sure of your warranty coverage, you can identify it from the sticker on the bottom. If the model number is 1.12 or lower, it is covered by the Lifetime Warranty. Model 1.2 or 2.0 digital vaporizers may be covered by the Lifetime Warranty UNLESS the label has "2Y" on it, typically in the serial number. This is usually near the beginning of the printed portion of the serial number, for example "D122Y...".

Digital vaporizers sold after January 2015 will require a Lifetime Warranty Sticker next to the serial number to be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.

Do you have a 2-Year Warranty and want to Upgrade to Lifetime Warranty coverage? Customers who purchased a digital vaporizer with a 2-Year Warranty can Upgrade to Lifetime Warranty coverage “À la carte” at anytime.

Our Lifetime Warranty, pretty simply, covers the control station against failure.

Accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse (ex. Spills or water damage, melting due to setting a hot nail or heater on control station, tampering with or altering control station components, etc.) is not covered, however we will work with you to repair your control station at a fair price — usually the cost of replacement materials. If you drop it in a pool, run it over, as long as you can send it in, we'll send a quote and rebuild/replace as we are able. All repair costs must be agreed to and paid by the customer prior to the return of a repaired control station.

Any known manufacturer defects to the control station will be covered by a complete re-servicing free of charge. Should you require service within the first 30 days after purchase, ® will pay round-trip shipping costs with proof of your shipping cost only to a maximum of $50. The customer will pay to ship control station to ® for any warranty service requests made after the first 30 days, and D-Nail will pay the cost of shipping a repaired control station back to the customer.

To claim your free warranty heater, we will require the following information:
  • A photo of the sticker(s) on the bottom of your control station
  • Heater coil size and type
  • Your Name and Valid Mailing Address to ship the coil to

Replacement heaters will be the same style as the original (ex. standard, extended life or encased), unless you choose to downgrade or pay the difference to upgrade.

**If you have an Extended Life or Encased Heater, let us know — we will send you a Standard coil if you do not specify. An order number or photo of your heater will be required for verification if you are claiming anything other than a Standard coil.**

There is no need to register your control station in any way to be eligible for warranty coverage. Warranties are tied to the controller's Serial Number and will transfer if the control station is ever given away or sold.

Heat Presses

There are no returns or exchanges on Heat Presses — all sales are final.

Please understand this batch of presses are beta/prototype models. The warranty being offered with this initial run will most likely evolve over time into a more generous warranty should we determine that we have the ability and manpower to do so. We strive to be as fair as possible, and are always willing to work with you should a special circumstance arise.

At this time, it is limited to the following:

  • 90-Day Manufacturer's Limited Warranty will warranty all heat presses for the first 90-days against defect or malfunction arising from normal use. Should your heat press fail within the first 90-days and is not a result of tampering or misuse, then will cover all parts and labor required to repair your heat press. Shipping and handling for repair orders requested under the 90-Day Limited Warranty will be handled on a case-by-case basis to mutual satisfaction.
  • Beyond 90-Days will offer discounted parts required to repair any heat press that breaks down as a result of normal use. Labor, shipping and handling will be handled on a case-by-case basis to mutual satisfaction.

Loose Heaters, Nails, and Other Accessories
